ISSUE 01

It's a one-page site

The sitemap has 5 URLs total: a homepage and four contact forms. There is no page for Google to rank for "real estate closings," "estate planning," "immigration," or any service you sell.

ISSUE 02

The title tag is just "Soto Law"

The single most valuable SEO element on the site contains zero keywords, zero location, zero practice areas. Competitors run Real Estate Closing Attorney Charlotte NC and rank for it.

Typos in front of every visitor

The meta description Google shows reads "Fully Bilingua". On the homepage: "Commited" and "accesible". For a law firm, polish is trust, and this is the first impression.

"Fully bilingual" with zero Spanish pages

The firm's core differentiator has no supporting content anywhere. Searches like "abogado de bienes raíces Charlotte" go straight to competitors who do have Spanish pages.

4 offices, 0 location pages

Huntersville, Plaza Midwood, South Charlotte, and Raleigh each have a Google Business Profile pointing at nothing. That forfeits "near me" rankings in every single market the firm serves.

Reviews with misleading timestamps

The current site shows client reviews with wrong dates. A review from 6 months ago displays as "2 weeks ago". Publishing inaccurate information is a credibility risk no law firm should carry.

No bio pages means no Attorney schema, no E-E-A-T signals, no rankings for attorney-name searches. Dual NC + FL licensure and bilingual immigration counsel are completely invisible to Google.

The site is JavaScript-rendered via Framer, which means heavier loads and weaker Core Web Vitals, a direct Google ranking factor. A static build outscores it by design, not by optimization tricks.

The most urgent part: Immigration is brand new ("Now Handling Immigration Cases"). The firm is actively trying to grow a practice area with zero SEO infrastructure behind it. No page, no copy, no schema, no Spanish content.
